Whether it's to lose weight, tone up, get in shape for a Fitness (Bodybuilding) competition or get back in shape after years of inactivity, our personal trainers can help you reach your goals. They can design and implement an individual exercise routine specifically for you.

Individual exercise routines can be developed using any combination of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination training techniques. A personal trainer will help to motivate and inspire you while creating a program that is safe, enjoyable, and specific to your goals. All Huntington Y trainers have either a college degree in the exercise science field and/or are certified through American Council on Exercise (ACE),  American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) or International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

Individual Sessions

Tier 1

Member Rates:
$35 (55 minute session)
$17.50 (25 minute session)

Non-Member Rate:
$55 (55 minute session)

Tier 2

Member Rates:
$40 (55 minute session)
$20 (25 minute session)

Non-Member Rate:
$55 (55 minute session)

Multiple Sessions

Tier 1

Member Rates: 
$45 per 55 minute session (Non-Members pay an additional $10)

Tier 2

Member Rates:
$50 per 55 minute session (Non-Members pay an additional $10)

Rates include the 3rd floor private room with TRX Training System, free weights, cardio equipment and personal training.

Group Sessions

You and up to 5 friends
Rates include the 3rd floor private room with TRX Training System, free weights, cardio equipment and personal training.

Member Rates:
$60 per 55 minute session (Non-Members pay an additional $10)
