Our membership assistance program is based on your income and living expenses. If your application is approved we will establish a reduced payment plan for you and a date that you must make your monthly payment. Any monthly payment not made will result in the membership being cancelled.
Upon receipt and verification of all necessary forms, your application will be reviewed within 60 days. We will contact you regarding the approval or denial of your application or if we have any further questions.
If your application is approved you must reapply every year for renewal of your membership.
The Huntington Y offers financial assistance to under-privileged youth and seniors at our Phil Cline Family Y building and to familys and adults at our May Building facility.
